Article 8 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.)

1. When the Company is requested by an individual to suspend or delete the use of his/her personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information has been handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use or has been obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

2. If we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, we will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
