About delivery and payment

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We will deliver your order within about a week.
*Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the region.
*Please note that orders placed during long holidays may be delayed due to our warehouse's business days.

I would like to change the delivery address for my shipped item.

If you wish to forward your item (change the delivery address of an item that has already been shipped), please contact the delivery company yourself.

I did not receive the item and it was sent back.

If the delivery company's storage period expires, the product will be returned to us.
We cannot provide refunds even if the product is returned to us for reasons of the customer, such as an incorrect address or an extended absence.
If you would like to have the item reshipped, please contact our customer service desk.

*An additional 500 yen (tax included) will be charged as a re-shipping fee.

Can I add/change the contents of my order, change the payment method, or cancel my order?

Once an order has been completed, it is not possible to add/change order details, change the payment method, or cancel the order.
Please consider carefully before placing your order.
*If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact us with the correct address.

Is there a shipping charge?

Even if you order multiple items, they will be shipped individually to keep shipping costs down. Each item costs 230 yen (tax included).

The product I purchased was defective.

Please send a photo of the defective product to the email address below within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once we have confirmed that the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same product.

Please note that we do not accept returns.
Also, please note that you cannot specify the exchange method.

*If you notice any signs of a shipping accident (such as chipped corners or damage), please contact the delivery company directly within 7 days of receiving the product.
*We only accept exchanges for the same product. Exchanges for a different product, a different size, or a different design are not possible.
*If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund your money.* Please note that products purchased from any site other than the LUNDATTE official website are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- If 7 days have passed since the product arrived (please be sure to check the product upon delivery)
・Products that have been used ・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products with minor manufacturing defects that are generally considered to be within the range of acceptable quality ・Products purchased at other stores ・Products that have been unilaterally returned without our consent or returned in a manner different from that specified by our store

Please note that once we begin preparing your order for shipping, we will not be able to make any changes, even if you contact us.

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

About the product

Can women wear it too?

Yes, that's fine. It's stretchy, so it can be worn by women regardless of body type. It shows off the beautiful line of your buttocks, so it's recommended for women too.

Where is it made?

It is manufactured in Japan.

Is there a recommended washing method?

When washing, we recommend placing the item in a laundry net and washing gently, then drying in the shade to prevent the fabric from fading from the sun.

Why do the edges of the dough curl?

Due to the nature of the product, the edges of the fabric may curl inward. This does not affect comfort or quality.

What is the yarn mix?

It is made of 51% nylon, 43% polyester, and 6% polyurethane.

I'm unsure about the size.

If you are unsure between your usual size and a different size, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Is there a reason you made the fabric thinner?

"Cho Ii Pants®" are designed to keep you warm naturally by utilizing design and your own body heat. They do not have any added function to give you heat from the outside like heat-generating materials. Therefore, they can be worn in any season.

Is there a reason behind the name "Intestine Good Pants®"?

The concept of "good for the intestines" is a combination of "super good" and the hope that it will help relieve discomfort caused by a cold stomach.
