Returns and Cancellations

Unless the product is defective, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, or changes to order details (exchanges of color or size, cancellation of some items, changes in quantity, etc.) for reasons on the customer's side (unsuitable size, wrong order, different from what was expected, long-term absence or refusal to receive the item, or other customer reasons, etc.).
Additionally, we will not accept any unilateral return of the product.

However, we will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

1. The contents and quantity of the product you ordered are different from what you received
2. The product was defective (broken, scratched, soiled, etc.)
