Returns and cancellations
Generally, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the product is defective.
Once an order has been confirmed, we will not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, or changes to order contents (exchanges of color or size, cancellation of some items, changes in quantity, etc.) for reasons of the customer (such as the size not fitting, the wrong order, the product being different from what was expected, being absent for a long period of time or refusal to accept the order, or other customer reasons).
Additionally, we will not accept any unilateral return of products.
However, we will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. The contents and quantity of the product you ordered are different from what you ordered.
2. The product was defective (damaged, scratched, soiled, etc.)

We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
*If the item is in stock, we will exchange it, and if it is sold out, we will refund you.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
